REIBEPLASTIK

Coloured flexible two-component acrylic cold plastic (PMMA) with aggregates up to 2 mm of coloured surfaces with a high durability and a good skid-resistance.

ADVANTAGES REIBEPLASTIK

  • Very good lifespan and color retention over time thanks to the use of UV-resistant pigments (toluene and lead-free)

    • CONDITIONS FOR USE

  • Application Manual: mix the Reibeplastik and the hardener. Apply with a spatula and level the surface using a roller. Remove adhesive strips after application. Machine: Reibeplastik can be sprayed with a special airless or pneumatic application machine, equiped with 2 circuits and internal (static mixer) or external (double spray) mixing. Benox L40LV liquid is used as hardener. Reibeplastik contains pigments and anti-skid aggregates making drop-on unnecessary.
  • Support Coatings clean and dry, free of oil. On bituminous, dusty or absorbent surfaces it is recommended to pre-treat the surface with high pressure jet (or sandblasting). If necessary, approximately 100 to 150 g/m2 of EP-Primer can be applied.
  • Ground temperature limits and maximum hydrometry Apply Reibeplastik at temperatures between 10 - 45ºC and a relative humidity <85%.
  • Cleaning With VG40.
  • Thinning If necessary add max. 1% de diluant VG55 Do not use other thinners.
  • Storage Protected from sunlight and frost, the paint will keep for 6 months in its original packaging. The reference is the manufacturing date affixed to the packaging.

  • Mixing ratio 2 bags of 115 grams of Noviper BP-30 or 2 bags of 100 grams of Avox L40S for 16kg of Reibeplastik 2% Benox L40LV by volume
  • Potlife 10 minutes by 20°C
  • Curing time Approx. 20 minutes by 30°C Approx. 30 minutes by 20°C Approx. 40 minutes by 10°C
  • Application Manual or with a suitable machine
  • Remark This product meets the requirements for marking mentioned in the Standard RAW provisions in the Netherlands. In white, this product has been tested with positive results in the heaviest traffic or durability classes. This product meets the requirements for marking mentioned in the applicable version of the standard specifications 250 for Belgium.
