The Symart monitoring system collects and analyses the data from Floating Car Data, traffic data coming from vehicle fleets, making it possible to know the traffic in real time via data on the location, speed and direction of travel of vehicles. As such, this software makes it possible to manage traffic regulation over one or more itineraries, apply the choices of the project owner and to view the information displayed on the panels.
The system also makes it possible to generate alerts when the time for crossing the worksite is deemed to be excessive according to the alert thresholds defined by the manager. These alerts are sent in real time to the manager and to the worksite team so that they can take action quickly. The Symart solution therefore participates in streamlining the traffic and reducing pollution peaks due to traffic congestion on the work zones.

The dynamic guidance deployed can be configured to take favourable travel times into account but also to prevent occasional or recurring events in the life of the neighbourhood according to the date and time slot criteria (schools letting out, markets, demonstrations, etc.). The traffic is as such relieved while still respecting the life of the people living in the vicinity.
When the traffic slows down, the system immediately activates a dynamic detour towards the itinerary that is both the fastest and the best suited to the local context, just like a navigation assistance application. The user will therefore be informed of the travel times, then guided to the most suitable itinerary in real time.

- Pack 2 : Compare the travel times over 2 itineraries chosen by the project owner,
