Aximum is committed to valuing its human capital. We actively work to provide exemplary working conditions for all our people, in which risks to their health and safety are kept to a minimum. Similarly, our approach to security and crisis management helps protect our workforce and the Group’s activities.
Consolidating the health and safety culture for all stakeholders
Aximum has set itself a “zero accident” target. The Group strives to develop a common culture across its entire network, with the roll-out of safety culture programs and the adoption, since 2020, of safety rules shared by all Group entities worldwide.
Training and awareness modules and regular drills accompany the deployment of Group tools and procedures.
Adjusting the safety and crisis management policy to global geopolitical changes, particularly in regions of tension and conflict
Protecting our workforce and the Group’s activities from malicious acts is also a priority. We take steps to anticipate and safeguard against key risks as well as to respond to crisis situations.
