Measure and reduce the impact of the activities
Aximum undertakes to decrease the environmental impact of its worksites.
Using scientific methods such as the Life Cycle Analysis and the calculation of the carbon balance, Aximum proposes that its customers identify and select upstream the technical solutions that respect are environment the most. This approach, combined with choosing more energy-efficient equipment, makes it possible to implement concrete actions to reduce the environmental impact of the works.
Life Cycle Analysis
Life Cycle Analysis
By offering the LCA for its products, Aximum allows its customers to select the best solutions and is showing transparency as to the environmental impact of its productions.
This global and standardised approach covers all the steps in the life of products, starting with the phases of raw material production, manufacturing finished products, transport, and usage until the end of the product's life.
It makes it possible to quantify the various types of impacts on the environment and as such guarantees that they are taken into account fully, in the framework of customised studies that take the conditions that are specific to each operation into account.
By offering comparative analyses, Aximum accurately assesses the gains in terms of CO² eq between two technical solutions, thus lending support to its customers in the challenges of protecting the environment.
Energy frugality of equipment
Energy frugality of equipment
Aximum reduces the impact of its worksites by changing its choices in the materials used.
When the type of the interventions so allows, our teams are now equipped with ultralight vehicles for maintenance operations for traffic lights, electric marking machines or solar energy lighted signage systems.
The development of this equipment as well as switching to electric for the entire employee fleet of vehicles makes it possible to reduce atmospheric pollution and participates in the necessary preservation of energy resources.
Reduce the carbon footprint
Reduce the carbon footprint
In order to actively participate in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, Aximum has equipped itself with tools and resources that make it possible to measure the carbon footprint of its worksites. The objective is to calculate the quantity of the CO2 emissions of an operation, from production to implementation, and including the transport of safety devices, marking products or vertical signage, etc.
These calculations make it possible to conduct simulations in order to determine optimised solutions, that are compatible with the technical requirements of interventions and that are reduced in terms of carbon emission.
