In response to the climate emergency, Aximum undertook a strategic review which culminated in an ambitious target to reduce the Group's emissions announced in December 2020, in line with the Paris Agreement. The objective is to reduce Aximum’s direct and upstream indirect CO2 emissions by 30%, compared to figures from 2019. In order to reach this objective, a low carbon roadmap has been drawn up, focused on five priorities. Through its operations, Aximum has extensive interactions with biodiversity. As such, the Group has undertaken a biodiversity strategy aimed at developing and promoting ecological niches and preserving emblematic species.
