Our solutions reduce the consequences of roadway departures for drivers, race personnel and spectators alike:
- Restraining vehicles using road restraint systems designed for circuits and certified by the FIA and FIM, such as triple barriers or removable concrete blocks. Our teams can also create FIA-certified concrete walls cast in situ using the slipform technique.
- Preventing roadway departures and projections by installing protective screens to restrain vehicles in the event of an accident and prevent the projection of objects that could hit spectators.
- Reduce the consequences of accidents by building tyre walls to reduce the severity of any roadway departures, and by installing crash-cushions.
If you have special requirements that call for specific studies, 3D designs or digital crash tests, the engineers in our design offices provide customised design and technical support for your complex projects, ensuring that our solutions are perfectly suited to the requirements of your environment.

- Guide trajectories and separate lanes by installing nose marking to signal divergence, and K16 modular lane separators to separate lanes.
- Mark specific areas with water-based paint specially designed for marking circuits: Racing Mark. Racing Mark is certified by the FIM and the FIA and is available in a range of colours. It offers high levels of adhesion to ensure driver safety, making it the perfect paint for your circuits!
- Delimit bends with markers or rumble systems to prevent drivers from cutting across chicanes or tight bends.

Paddock organisation
Paddocks are essential areas for the drivers and their teams. They are used by these teams to set up the logistics needed to prepare and maintain the vehicles.
- Aximum has solutions for protecting and organising these areas so that teams can enjoy the best possible installation and working conditions before, during and after a race.
- Protecting bituminous pavements subject to oil or petrol spills by applying Indas AK, a coating that protects and preserves the ground from chemical attack caused by lubricant and fuel spills.
- Delineate spaces, lanes and entrances/exits using white or coloured markings to identify the different areas.
- Informing and signalling with panels and signage to guide, give instructions and provide information to teams, journalists and visitors.
