Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. 

Personal data processed as part of the Colas website is as follows :
> information contained in contact emails or in the contact forms (name, email address);
> information contained in enclosed documents. 

Purpose

The processing carried out on the Colas website is based on the legitimate interest of Colas in responding to your information requests.
The data is transferred exclusively to the relevant departments of Colas and will not be disclosed to any third parties.

Data retention 

The data processed to manage your information request is stored for the time necessary to respond and/or solve your request. At the end of processing, the data will be destroyed or archived in order to meet regulatory obligations.

In accordance with current regulations regarding the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, correct and/or erase your personal data.

Data privacy policy for third parties

Aximum has a personal data protection policy relating to personal information that the Group is required to process as part of contractual or pre-contractual business relationships with Aximum.

This policy is presented in questions-and-answers format and is intended for external individuals who are neither employees nor applicants for a position within the Group.

It provides a detailed report of the personal data concerning you that the Group retains, and what use(s) are made of the said.
